Blue Hippo shoots final stages of the Andy Parkin Documentary

The crew have recently returned from Chamonix where they have been filming the final stages of the Andy Parkin Documentary, 'A Life in Adaptation.'

We spent several days with Andy, filming interviews with him and friends of his who are also well known for their climbing, Victor Sanders and Thierry 'Turbo' Renault, as well as filming him soloing at 3300m just below the Aguile Vert, on the Col du Montet.

We were also privileged to spend 24 hours filming Andy creating a brand new sculpture out of reclaimed materials at the Guerre du Glacier; a derelict téléphérique station at 2400m, situated next to the famous Bosson Glacier.
